Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm on Couchsurfing because I think this is the best way to meet new people and make friendships. I want to visit places and be able to stay in places from locals, share their cultures and enjoy their cities. Hopefully in some time, I want to do the same to the people that want to visit my city, by offering my place for them to stay. Staying with locals is the best way to find the great things of the city and I want to do so with the new friends that I'll make in the way.
Travelling is a fantastic experience and the more travels we make the more we know about the world and about ourselves!

Estou no Couchsurfing porque acho que é a melhor forma de conhecer pessoas e fazer amizades. Quero visitar lugares e estar junto com pessoas locais, compartilhar suas culturas e aproveitar suas cidades. Espero que em breve possa fazer o mesmo com pessoas que queiram visitar minha cidade, oferecendo minha casa para ficarem. Ficar com locais é a melhor forma de achar as melhores coisas da cidade e quero fazer isto com os amigos que farei no caminho.

Music, Movies, and Books

Ok, I love to listen to music and watch tv series and movies! My favorite bands are Coldplay, OneRepublic, Imagine Dragons and Maroon 5 and I like a lot of artists like John Mayer, The Weeknd, Ed Sheeran and Bruno Mars. I really like a lot of kinds of music, as electronic music, more pop stuff, some rock and rap.
I don't have a favorite movie because I think it's a difficult thing to say but I can say that I really like Star Wars (all of them), Pirates of The Caribbean, Marvel's Cinematic Universe, Nolan's Batman trilogy and films like Shutter Island, Memento, Pulp Fiction, Inception, Matrix and Fight Club.
I LOVE to watch tv series and I can say that my favorites are Breaking Bad, How I Met Your Mother, Parks and Recreation and Game of Thrones (I'm reading the second book now, so no spoilers about the book haha).

What I Can Share with Hosts

I'm willing to teach and learn everything I can from the people I met. If you want, I can teach you Portuguese and you can teach me your language. I'll teach you our costumes and cultures and I hope you to do the same for me! I want to share the Brazilian's culture and especially from Salvador.
