Romain: I spent the last 6 years working in computer engineering and the last 3 month walking in the mountains in New Zealand. I speak French, English, Spanish and I'm actually learning Indonesian. I love gardening and I was growing vegetables in France for 5 years.
Arthur: I have been traveling for the past 7 years, hitchhiking or cycling ; even if I'm new to workaway I've already been participating in a lot of small projects and voluntary work. I'm fluent in French and English and can converse in Indonesian. I've got some knowledge in Romanian, Turkish, Georgian, Russian, Persian, Italian, German, Spanish, Mandarin Chinese and Japanese. I just spent 2 years in Australia working in Farms, picking, pruning, driving tractors, etc... I've got also a good computer literacy, know to develop in php, html, css, javascript, nodejs, python, familiar with wordpress as well. I've also got a TEFL certification.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

We are two friends traveling together with bicycles, starting April 2018 from Lombok, Indonesia.
There is no much point to just cross countries, cycling through without stopping and trying to understand its history, its culture and get to know a bit more about the people who live in. Hopefully couchsurfing will allow us to stay and meet interesting people with interesting projects, and help us to understand the joy, the sadness, the hope, the despair, and all the challenges that we are all going through.
