I am 25 and in the Air Force. I was adopted from Russia when I was 10 and now have lived here for 15 years. I've been a runner and a swimmer since high school and a competing triathlete for the last 5 years. Now I have been focusing on more stress free lifestyle with LOTS of hot yoga, (indoor) rock climbing, hiking, beaching, and anything fun and in good taste. As for taste, I am a vegan and love to take care of the bodies health and over all wellbeing. But I do not discriminate diet choices. Peace and love yo.
