Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am currently travelling in Russia. My goal is to have a wide variety of experiences. I had never ridden on a sleeper train so I tried one from Moscow to (Veliky) Novgorod last week. I had never stayed in a hostel so I am staying in one now. etc. One of my roommates suggested that I try couch surfing . Since I am open to new things, I decided to give it a shot.
