HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I would like to travel more and thought couchsurfing may be a great way to see new places and meet new people! I would also be willing to host one or two people interested in staying in St. Louis.

Honestly, I spend a lot of my time at work; being an art teacher there are a lot of after school duties. I use my spare time to create art, watch documentaries, try new foods/restaurants, and read books. My favorite type of art to create is collage or print but the best to view (in my opinion) is sculptural. Luckily I live within walking distance to the St.Louis Art Museum and am able to visit their collection often. I often volunteer at the St.Louis Contemporary and try to frequent our opera houses, rep theaters, symphonies and oddball concerts. Documentaries and horror films are my favorite to watch; I shy away from Television though (only Netfix here). I will try anything once (food-wise). I'd love to try alligator or shark soon! Recently I started reading some graphic novels (more specifically Habibi)

Oh sheesh-louise... One interesting moment happened at the Chichen Itza Monument (this is one story to tell in person)... But to list a few others: performing in Prague with our High School band, attending mass in Notre Dame, climbing an Alp, whitewater rafting in S.Carolina, going to the top of Pikes Peak, surfing in the ocean, going to the museums in the Nations Capitol, camping in Maine, and (I hope) the list continues.
