My mission is to see the world. Try to understand other cultures and grow as a person. Thinking "outside the box", being tolerant, trying to lern everyday and in every situation!!! Also one day I want to be part of making this world a better place!
I am a happy little person, always interested in new things and new challenges. I believe only by risking something we can grow as people and learn new things for life. I have travelled a lot, lived in Ireland, the United States, Romania, Germany beforeand now i Mexico and visited several more countries. Buti know i am not finished yet. There is a huge part of the world i have not seen.
My hobbies are dancing, travelling, music and good cinema. I love meeting new people, having interesting deep or not so deep conversations are hear other views and oppinions on almost everything.
I have made friends all over the world and although its not easy leaving a place after living there for a while i know now that some people will always be there and i will see them again.
I believe in fate and in karma and that everything happens with a reason. And we have to try to do our best not to hurt others or to do unjustice because one day all of it will come back to us.
My aim in life is to live and let live- in a way that every day when i look into the mirrow i dont have to be ahamed about myself and my actions...
happiness lies for those who cry, those who hurt, those who have searched, and those who have tried, for only they can appreciate the importance of people who have touched their lives... a sentance by Dorothy Day, the founder of the Catholich Worker movement in New York City.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
Once i return to Bremen, everyone i more than welcome to stay on my couch. . . I think what connects us people taking part in this project- is the fact that we are looking for more that just experience the world acording to a tourist guide. I think that exchanging our views, our experience and getting to know each other is a great amount of participation. Not only do we get to share each others home but also maybe become friends for life. I am looking forward to it and will try to be a good host and guest.
I have only joined the program in 2009 but i have been couch surfing on a friend of my friends couch for example in various parts of the world and had great experience. Not only getting to know the town but also getting to know local people and sometimes their friends is the best that can happen to someone.
meeting new people and visiting new places, good cinema( not so much holliwood, dancing ( esp. flamenco), music- all kinds just no electornic, techno or anything related to it.
Music, Movies, and Books
Movies: love me if you dare, Frida, Amores perros, Babel, die fetten Jahre sind vorbei, Che- El Argentino, the motorcycle diaries... and so many more- all inspiring movies, the once that make you think about life and that you cant get out of you head for more than an hours after the film is over.
Music: depending on the mood, but right now a lot of salsa, merenque, mexican, reaggeton, rock, indie, hip hop, soul and classical music.
