We (Ross 28, Franz 23) live on the edge of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania in the largest municipal park in the U.S. We love hiking so much, we live right next door to many of the most beautiful and historic hiking trails in greater Philadelphia.

We are avid travelers and are often not home, but when we are home, we are homebodies that love to chill or go out in the city every now and then. We love the city, but spend a lot of time living the suburb life since we are right next door to the Main Line, one of the most historic suburbs in the country (and it's really adorable, too!)

Franz has visited over 50 countries in all inhabited continents, mostly Europe and Asia. Ross has visited around 30 and is catching up! Montreal is our favorite city in North America, and we drive up there all the time. We travel to Indonesia every summer for an extended period of time.

We are expert travel hackers, and travel almost entirely for free using airline miles and credit card points. We love hiking, culinary explorations, and waking up really early to beat the crowds when we travel.

We also build cities in Cities: Skylines. Franz is an Avgeek and a transit nerd! (It's sad that we live in a car-centric country and have to drive places).

We'll be spending three months this summer in Southeast Asia and Australia, Central Asia, Malta, the Baltics and the Nordic countries. Thinking of living in Italy so Ross can apply for citizenship through his great grandparents (all the documents are ready!) We are also in Europe at least 4 times a year, mostly flying into Paris.

We love making new friends, and we have friends all over the world that we visit whenever we come nearby. And we would love to make more friends! We love learning about new cultures, including languages, customs, and especially food.

Ross is a huge fan of R&B, soul, funk, and even video game music. Franz likes Indonesian indies, acoustic, and word music, and even music from animes.

Ross's favorite movie is The Lego Movie. Franz' favorite movie is Pitch Perfect 1+2+3 and The Fault In Our Stars.

TV: Shameless, Elite, Looking (HBO), The Good Wife, Doraemon, Never Have I Ever, Marvelous Mrs. Maisel, Boys Over Flowers. We're both huge fans of old Nickelodeon, especially Spongebob (we quote them a lot).

Franz knows 9 languages and is happy to teach you some. Ross is an award-winning computer science TA and is happy to teach you coding basics.
