CURRENT MISSION

Seeing as I know first hand about how life sometimes gives you no choice as to what you do at a certain time, my mission is to enjoy myself in whatever situation I find myself in.

ABOUT ME

Well, I'm 26 and recently got called back into the US Army to deploy for tour #2 in Iraq. Prior to that, I was in college studying for Political Science and International Relations with a focus on the Middle East. So you could say this tour is like my thesis. Except not at all...;) I participated in Model UN in NYC last March and enjoyed that...Went to Jordan right after that last May to study...I was in marching band in high school...and don't really know what else to say now.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

None, personally. My sister used the site to find a friend in Romania to bring in the New Year with, and she sounded like she had a blast.

Interests

I play drums, dabble in piano, like playing video games, exercising, and...oh yeah...drinking. That's fun.

Movies: Star Wars series, Matrix trilogy, Bourne trilogy, Princess Bride, Love Actually, Hot Shots (I & II), Beerfest, and I have to stop, or I'll go on...

Music: Dave Matthews Band, The Bravery, Coheed and Cambria, Emery, Eve 6, Jack's Mannequin, John Mayer, Kelly Clarkson, The Killers, The Material, O.A.R., Rise Against, Something Corporate, etc...

Books: I just finished all the Harry Potters, and they were amazing. So good, I can't think of anything as good as them. Maybe LOTR. Time will tell.
