CURRENT MISSION

about to embark on my next TOALT (Trip of a Life Time) this time to SE Asia where I shall float along with the flow like a little blonde cloud, hopefully meeting some great people and experiencing some fabulous experiences along the way...

ABOUT ME

I have the itchiest feet ever and at the moment I work to live (so I can go traveling) rather than live to work. I have so far spent quite a lot of time in North and South America, been to Australasia, stopped in China briefly, and lived in France and Spain but now I am settled in Thailand for a while to teach and experience as much as SE Asia as I can.
I'm very easy to get along with, I love meeting new people (and drinking with them - best way to bond in my opinion!).

PHILOSOPHY

I am prone to thinking too much and I don't want to get too deep and mushy here but sometimes we need to stop and look at what we have and remember how incredibly lucky we are. Don't be too hard on yourself - massive cliche but you do only live once (unless you're a Buddhist of course then you're even luckier!).

Musik, Filme und Bücher

I became rather hooked on the Twilight saga, but way before the movies came out. The main female character of the film gets on my nerves big time.
My other faves are The Lord of the Rings (LOVED the films too) and Harry P of course. The Motorcycle Diaries and Memoirs of a Geisha are also books that will always stand out in my memory.
I'm a BIG musicals fan - My Fair Lady, Les Mis, Evita, Chicago...
Music wise, I grew up a Rock and Indie chick but my tastes have diversified from there to include some drum n bass, a bit of dub step on a night out and I love dancing to Salsa and other latino music. Oh and I'm a little bit obsessed with Tori Amos.
