About Me

CURRENT MISSION

I'm taking a year off college to look outside the box

ABOUT ME

I'm a social person in the sense that I love hanging out with people and getting to know them whether we're out dancing all night or sitting and watching t.v. and discussing the psycholgy of commercials. On the other hand, I take time to be by myself to do creative stuff and process this chaotic little planet. I make an effort to learn, understand, and respect things that I don't understand because you grow when you're exsposed to new things. I am an avid rugby-lover. I played for a year but then broke my arm which put me out the rest of this last season. I play guitar, played violin, and studied electronic music. And I love to laugh.

PHILOSOPHY

Keep pushing yourself outside of your limits because, really, there are no limits.

Don't be afraid to follow your instincts.

Stand up for what you believe in.

Put yourself in the other person's shoes.

Open yourself to the world, and the world will open itself to you.

"Don't panic." -Hitchiker's Guide To the Galaxy ;]

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am currently traveling through the UK, Germany, Spain, and the Netherlands and want to stay with some couchsurfers! I will offer somewhere to stay for others when I'm back home.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I stayed with my old roommate in Puerto Rico in April 07 for a week and I met people who showed me there is more than one way to look at your path in life and that's when I decided I had to travel before going back to college. I want to see the different paths people are taking.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I got to race a pink dolphin at the theme park on Sentosa in Singapore. It swam across the pool and I had to run half the circumference. I won too.

Sitting on the stairs to the Palacio Real in Madrid at night eating churros con chocolate and looking at the city lights from above. amazing.

Teach, Learn, Share

I'm sometimes pretty shy when I first meet people, but I've learned it's important to remember that we are all humans and everyone's doing their thing like everyone else so really we're alll quite the same. Plus, be yourself. that's the person people want to meet.
