Overview
About Me
As a semi-retired, widowed, English/History teacher hoping to discover unknown worlds of history and art that would feed my soul, I'm ready to "fly."I have many empty rooms in my home, and am hoping others do also, so that I could afford to travel. I love music of all forms, have a piano, and other instruments, and my CD collection is available. I have not traveled much due to year round school obligations. However, I am suddenly available in August!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Friends have praised the arrangements beyond belief, and I am willing to return the kindness. I am a very ordinary individual, non-demanding and willing to share. Couchsurfing may enable my hope to become reality.
NOTE: Stairs are a challenge due to 2 knee replacements. One or two flights while carrying objects are the most I can handle. Railings are most helpful.
