I love to explore, travel, meet new people and share stories. Very easy-going, open-minded and always keen for new experiences.

Born in Australia and grew up New Zealand. I spent 3 years in the mountains in Canada and currently live in England.

Work-wise, I've done a whole bunch of odd jobs; dishwasher, pattern cutter, forklift driver, barista, line cook, golf course groundskeeper, hiking guide and currently work for the Ambulance Service.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Everything I've experienced has been far more exciting when shared with other people and I think Couchsurfing is an amazing way of bringing people together to do that. I had my first Couchsurfing experience recently. It was an incredible time and I’m hoping to have many more!

Interests

I try and spend a lot of my free time outdoors, hiking, climbing, skiing or mountain biking.
Love a drink or two and eating delicious food.
When I was in Guatemala, I started learning Spanish. I find learning a new language is very challenging but super fun and rewarding.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

One thing I've done multiple times: I quit my job, packed my bags, up-ended my whole life and decide to move to a different country or go travelling. There are so many memories I've gained from just saying "f*ck it", and just getting out there and doing it... and I'm a better person for it.
