Interests

I like to keep active personally and socially. The music scene in my city is vibrant and the people I run around with or encounter always keep me happy - or at least on my toes. My background is in music and performance, and I spend time teaching and playing piano. I like to read about musical styles and trends (composers/artists, too) and I find myself at live shows every few days. Outside of domestic errands or chores I find myself biking around the trails or getting my body aligned with yoga. Oh, and I nap, a lot.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Swimming/scuba with hammerheads and dolphins and eels and parrot fish in Belize.

Watching a hell of a storm come in (and them drench) the small canoe I was in while on the Current River in Missouri.
