Hi there,

I am really new to this. I have always liked the idea to travel, meet new people from all over the world and having a good time :)

My main interests are arts, languages, music, movies and books. I became a vegetarian about 2 years ago and this led to an increased interest in topics such as sustainability, environmental issues, healthy eating and others. As I became older, I tried to do sports on more regular terms, and so I practice outdoor sports (I like them best; we have a beautiful scenery in Tyrol) like mountain biking, hiking and also running.

I grew up in the countryside, being the only girl at my age in my neighbourhood. We lived next to the woods, a gorge, a stream and wide fields. So I spent a lot of time outdoors playing with the neighbour boys- it was a bliss. I think that is the root of my love of outdoor sports and spending time outdoors. And, so, luckily, spiders or bugs do not scare me :)

Ever since I was a student, I did some jobs and uni courses abroad, besides me living in the capital Vienna, so I also got to experience other cultures and big city living.

What is there more to say about me. I do not like to write texts about myself, for the start. I try to be positive and to treat people in the way that I want to be treated, even if they are just strangers. Just to be kind to a person, that can change so much. A lot of people are mean to others for stupid superficial reasons (like their appearance, ethnicity, how they carry themselves, they just do not like certain people) and this is so useless.
And, you know, the easiest thing that can cut the distance between 2 people/strangers is a simple smile :)

I find it really cool that you can meet people from all over the world here and experience different cultures and broaden your horizon in this way. Unfortunately I cannot offer you a couch atm, but I would be happy to show anybody around if my spare time allows it.

Musica, film e libri

My favourtie music is Rock, Pop, Indie but also classic instrumental songs from time to time. Depends on my mood. My dad still has his old records from the 70's, listening to them is just like heaven, the best digitally remastered mp3s could not make me happier.

Movie- and TV- wise, I watch quiet some diverse stuff. I watched a lot of historical movies, westerns and fantasy movies in my youth and teens and I still love those. I am also fond of comedies and action movies. What is more, I also enjoy watching the Simpsons and South Park from time to time, I must admit, but besides that I do not watch that much TV.

Una cosa incredibile che ho fatto

My coolest trip so far was my stay in Russia, St. Pete and Moscow. The culture was soo different from what I am used to. And I also got to sing karaoke "Wind of change" in some dodgy bar with Russians, that was fun!
