About Me

I like meeting new people and talking about travel.

I am an open minded, religiously intolerant, secular agnostic/atheist repudiated Jew (that is to say my parents are jewish but that it is next to meaningless to me). Why I'm living in Israel I couldn't say, but why I am living in Tel Aviv is obvious. Tel Aviv is an incredibly fun place to live.

I don't like living in the States mostly because then I can't use words I've learned abroad. Cos they think i'm pretentious. Which I am. People from abroad, however, don't have that american reference point and therefore cannot ruin my day with accusations. But I am an artist, so I can get away with it. And yet not, cos that's no excuse.

I think I'm supposed to ramble here. Right? Yes.

I know nothing at all. And neither do you.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I have a small couch, I have a futon.

I have only couch surfed upon the sofas of those that I've met previously on other trips. I used to go on the Green Tortoise a lot (www.greentortoise.com) (I've heard complaints about the website, but it's an awesome, amazing experience everytime and I highly recommend checking them out). ANYWAY, I've met a lot of people through their adventure travel trips, probably life-long friends, with whom I've staid on sofas and floors and in tents. I also have positions available for life long friends, but no pressure.

Art, Literature, Political philosophy, other secular philsophies. Creativity and Fiction.

Trying to be more nerdy. We all have goals.

Music, Movies, and Books

I don't like lists nor do I wish to connect with you over your lists.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have done the following:

- Peed on the top of the world (Top of the World Highway in Alaska) (At the highest point)

- Nearly died hiking to some cave full of bat shit in Texas. This involved my deteriorated shoes completely falling apart, and getting pricked by lots and lots of cacti.

- Taken a $200 dollar nap. (Went deep-sea fishing in Alaska. Got sea sick, threw up, took sea sick pills, and slept for the rest of the journey.)

- And various other things.

Teach, Learn, Share
