Grew up in Santa Monica and moved to Burbank 20 years ago. Great community and neighborhood here. We are very close by to Freeway 5, walking distance to middle school, and high school. And highly recommend you to visit the stunning Castaway restaurant to capture the city view with sunset. If you like hiking, we have the Wildwood Canyon trail for those that like to go on inclines to the hills and mountains... and 15 minutes away is an easy 3.3 miles all flat surface walk to Lake Hollywood Reservoir or hike up to the top of the famous Hollywood sign trail. 20 minutes drive to Universal Studios... 2 hours drive to San Diego and Palm Springs...
