About Me

This mission, headed by Archimandrite Daniel, is a part of the Diocese of Australia and New Zealand of the Russian Orthodox Church Outside of Russia. During his service in Indonesia,

Hey, this is my homepage, so I have to say something about myself. Sometimes it is hard to introduce yourself because you know yourself so well that you do not know where to start with. Let me give a try to see what kind of image you have about me through my self-description. I hope that my impression about myself and your impression about me are not so different. Here it goes.

I am a person who is positive about every aspect of life. There are many things I like to do, to see, and to experience. I like to read, I like to write; I like to think, I like to dream; I like to talk, I like to listen. I like to see the sunrise in the morning, I like to see the moonlight at night; I like to feel the music flowing on my face, I like to smell the wind coming from the ocean. I like to look at the clouds in the sky with a blank mind, I like to do thought experiment when I cannot sleep in the middle of the night. I like flowers in spring, rain in summer, leaves in autumn, and snow in winter. I like to sleep early, I like to get up late; I like to be alone, I like to be surrounded by people. I like countryâ

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I had booked the 11 am show on a Sunday. The reviews had been great, it was all about guns and explosions, I had picked up the car keys and excitedly yelled "Oye chal yaar, late ho jayenge !". And in that moment of anticipated happiness, floated back her voice from the other room 'Abhi ruko ! Sabina jhaadoo karegi abhi.' Unable to believe that she considered a clean floor more important than a couple of hours with hollywood, I tried winning this and shouted back 'Jhaadoo kal lag jayegi yaar! Roz to lagtee hain.'

Yup, now, Mr spider and Mrs spider and all listen gingerly: Whether you call recently written posts on my blog a success despite the odds or an embarrassing moment of women’s pride depends totally on the degree to which you have assimilated a bizarre Indian characteristic- your ability to adjust in any situation.Got my point? No? Okay, let me explain about it what i mean actually. The difference between add justing as the dictionary defines it and the add-justing in Indian free style. It is akin to the point that my cat is trying to make her life romantic despite all the untimely hiccups she faces often. But that is a rare case. Rare my cat is.One and only in the world.Talk about general people like Mr.spider and Mrs spider and people like me for us add justing means adapting to new situations in life without a ”I can not stay with him/her ever”.It is not actually about breaking the rules or even bending it but rather about realigning them to suit a new situation in life. And we all encounter such situations in life.So just chill i hope i cleared the matter smartly the way i often do here.Hence, lets not plague yourself angry murmuring if those posts have b come a national shame to b swept out from the memory forever.Choice is yours aaalways. And seriously yaar its been long time since i talked here about myself. So here it is mere Chunnu Munnu and Mr spider and Mrs. spider and all the blog readers, read it and enjoy my wayward writing stuff and style too.Chinta ta ta chita chita chinta ta ta chita chita.

My life be like Ooh Ahh
It's times like these that make me say,
Lord if you see me please come my way.
Leavin bread crumbs for when I stray
Rely on sacrifice and the price you paid
Feel me like a fingertip
(flow fingertip flow fingertip)
Sometimes I fall I slip
Got a heartfelt desire be more like you
Trying not to quench your fire by the things that i do

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

10. Spent on Trans-Siberian train 4 very long days and ate sandwiches licked by old Russian women.
It’s hard to express how it is to be in the same train, same carriage with sometimes same people for 4 days. Trans-Siberian railway is the longest railway in the World. I could not make it till the end and stopped in the middle of Siberia, the city Omsk. During these 4 days from Moscow to Omsk, I have done pretty much nothing. I have read a book; listened to a radio; do a village-seeing; a forests-seeing; a fields-seeing; trying to talk a bit with other passengers... Apart from the incredible boredom, there is another problem – hunger. Because it’s usually 10-days journey, it is impossible to get enough food from the beginning of the trip. Your food finishes on day 3 and then you have the only option, to hop off quickly from the train on stops and buy some food from old women, who sell sandwiches, fruits and vegetables. To make their sandwiches less dusty from upcoming and ongoing trains, they just... LICK IT! Horrible, isn’t it? Back to Europe I decided to catch a plane.
