Finding free lodging for my miscellaneous adventures :)
I'm a recent college graduate; I went to school for Early Childhood/Special Education, and right now I'm working as Preschool Teacher in Salt Lake City. It took me awhile to be able to get a car after I moved out here, and now that I have there's a lot of trips I want to take, but I don't have the money for hotels! I'm a small-town girl from New York, and so far the only traveling I've done is within the United States. My dream is to be able to backpack through Europe. I'm a fun-loving girl who doesn't drink or smoke (call me straight-edge if you will).
One important thing about me is that I am a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (I'm a Mormon). My religion is very important to me and is the main driving force behind everything that I do. However, I promise I won't push my religion onto you if you open your home to me :) Chances are, I'll be your best guest!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
There's a lot that I like, but I feel like there's also a lot that I don't even know if I like it or not because I haven't tried it yet! So that's part of why I want to travel - see new places and meet new people and have new experiences.

Teach, Learn, Share
Hmmm, let's see. I know how to read first-grader hand writing and decode preschooler talking. I know how to solve a Rubik's cube. I know how to read a map. What can you teach me?
