CURRENT MISSION

I am a Translation student in Hong Kong and now having an exchange year in Norway. During this year, I want to travel to different places in Europe and explore different cultures.

ABOUT ME

I was born and raised in Hong Kong but I am not in my comfy zone anymore. I am having an exchange year in Bergen , Norway. I am trying to encounter with different people from different countries in the world. And I am always ready and love to know some brand new things from other countries.

PHILOSOPHY

I think I will not live in a very ordinary life. I will hate if I spend all the time on my work without spending time with my beloved ones and to see how big the world is. And I think though people come from different worlds, I bet we all share some commons.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I enjoy group activities and I hate being alone since I will be easily get bored. I love eating and I am learning how to cook.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have not had any actual couch serving experience so far but I really want to try. Apart from just travelling to a place, I want to have cultural exchange with locals in different countries. As I am having a one year exchange in Norway, I will definitely travel to different European countries. So I would like to grab this precious chance to try couch serving.

Music, Movies, and Books

LOVE Harry Potter very much. I used to be their huge fans.
The Mist is also one of my favorite movie. Avengers and Sherlock Holmes definitely on my movie list as well.
I don't have particular favorite singers or songs but I enjoy people sharing the music they love to me.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Hiked to Prikenstolen while is a 650m high cliff.
It was amazing when I stood at the cliff. And I realize how small I am.
Wore bikini in Blue Lagoon when it was freaking cold.
Chased and saw northern light in Iceland

Teach, Learn, Share

As I am a Chinese (though I come from hk), I can share with you some Chinese traditions. I can teach you how to use chopsticks, how to write your name in Chinese with a traditional Chinese pen. I also know a few expressions in Norwegian so I can teach you.
