Overview
About Me
I've traveled my whole life and don't intend on stopping now. I was teaching in schools for the last couple of years - Xhosa in South Africa and English in South Korea - but have moved away from that and am trying to build a life with a bit more meaning. I am freelancing as an online English teacher, experimenting with various creative projects and am trying to transition from spending a majority of my time in the internet to getting and exploring the outernet! I love animals, am very laid back and get on with most anyone. I love meeting new people and seeing new places.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I've just moved back to the UK and am keen to try walking or cycling places and exploring corners of this island that I've not been to before. I figure couchsurfing might be the perfect way to go about doing that. I like that it's social, that it gets you immediately meeting people from an area. I like that I can offer the same to someone else.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I quit my job teaching to move to south Wales. I left behind a contract and 9-5 security for who-knows-what adventure. Let's see what happens.
Teach, Learn, Share
I teach tantra. Not the museum stuff of the east, or the sex obsessed stuff of the west, but rather a deep, authentic and powerful healing modality that helps people unlearn the conditioning that we receive from society, our families and even ourselves. It is an act of stripping away all of it, so that you expose the raw truth underneath it and grow from there - a place of wholeness and love, rather than reactivity and pain.
I also teach English and the various forms of massage that I have learned over the years.
I want to learn as much as I can about everything that crosses my path. I love people and their stories and passions.
I can share my yoga experience, my love of languages, and my story.
