My home space is intentionally built with love and light. I am thoughtful about who I allow in because it is a deep vulnerability that is shared.

Prior to Brooklyn I was a ascetic monk travelling the US. My spirituality is the foundation for myself and everything I do in my life.

I believe in the ephemeral connections of love that bind all people on this Earth.

My purpose is to help others. This is at the core of my self and informs how I live. It manifests in various ways and is my work/service to the world. A part of this means learning to fill my cup too.

I have lived in a Buddhist temple in NY and Thailand. I have helped manage a small vegetable farm in Hawaii. I lived in a small village in the Hill Tribes of Thailand. I lived in a spiritual community in Sweden. Helped put on third largest Permaculture Convergence in the world in Northeast United States. I helped connect Israeli and Muslim children in a kibbutz in Israel. I spent one month without my phone only following my intuition.

I believe in love, that is it is the source of all being and we are purely being of love and light if we allow ourselves to.
