Hi, my name is Sam! I'm originally from Louisiana, but I spent a lot of time in Corpus Christi, TX as well. I currently live in an 18 wheeler truck full time with my husband. I'm not terribly good with about me paragraphs, but I hope you'll be able to get a feel for who I am throughout my profile.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I've never couchsurfed before and I'm not 100% sure how it works, but I'm going to learn! Honestly, what my dream goal of being on here is to find somewhere enjoyable, meet awesome people, and start a new life in a new place with a little help from my host.

Interests

Daydreaming has to be my number one, I enjoy sitting peacefully coming up with all sorts of fairytales in my head. When I'm not daydreaming I'm browsing reddit or reading. I'd like to get into hiking or other outdoor activities, before getting on the truck I walked everwhere and it was my peaceful time, so I really miss being outside.

Music, Movies, and Books

I like most music, but I wont be able to name a song or a band. I listen to music on random and appreciate whatever comes on. Although one song I have made a note to remember is "the sound of silence" by simon and garfunkel(?) and the covers, it gives me chills.

I've only recently began watching movies, so I dont know many, but anime movies have grabbed my attention as well as different action movies(no karate movies though)

I love books. I love reading. I read mostly young adult books. Unfortunately, my memorie is bad so I always have a hard time relaying what I've read and by whom unless brought up. Good news is I can read the same books again and again as if new.
