ABOUT ME

well, i'm a free spirit, taking a year off to travel throughout states and now australia. i'm a grandmother of 3 little boys in canada though i have my own life and don't hover over them. i love life and am generally really happy and take responsibility for whatever happens to me because i create it!! and can also de-create it. i believe most people are caring and good and that the world is a friendly place. i mostly eat healthy and meditate and love to dance and do yoga and am looking forward to meeting all sorts of interesting people!!!

at the moment i don't have a couch. i'm on the road, travelling for the year, but i certainly will consider lending my couch when i have one. it's a great service!!

creativity as in art, music, movement. stillness as in meditation/walking by myself anywhere. healing modalities like massage, reiki, energy work, oneness. good movies, love to listen to music, write, hang out with friends. love alone time and nature very much as well.

movies: slum dog millionaire, gattaca, avatar, iron man.
music: world music, chanting as with Krishna Das, Deva Premal, Snatam Kaur, Buddha Bar type of chill, eva cassidy, some classical like andrea bocelli, also love the blues and some jazz. like the freshness of music by younger generation.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

riding a motorcycle this summer on a 4 month trip throughout the states....(part of the time - we had it towed on a trailer behind the van.)

i'm a yoga instructor and do massage and happy to share that. can also share how to meditate and be grounded. can cook vegan, vegetarian, ethnic, and non-vegetarian. good organizer and declutterer.
