ABOUT ME

We live in La Rochelle since 2008 ; we are urban planners so we are always looking how cities are made, here in France or everywhere, we spend many time walking in the streets of all neighborhood. Our hobbies are often outdoors activities like sailing, hiking, cycling or diving.
Sophie would dream to be an artist, she makes a kind of plastic art, she writes, takes pictures...
We love traveling and meet people. We are often astonished to see that people have more often so many things in common so couchsurfing is a really good way to meet people traveling and hosting, to discover other cities, cultures and YOU of course...
We like spend our time with our friends to eat,drink and chat and a lot of other things.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

We can host people if they come to la rochelle. if we are free we can go outside to discover the city go in bar and cook and we could participate in couchsurfers meeting.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

we connected couch surfing since 2010 after heard about by a friend.
we host at home several times, and we surf in dublin belfast and sevilla. and each time it is a awesome meeting! i remember a evening with our friends on the beach to taste oysters or a flamenco night with gipsy in a pena near granada; awesome!!

Interests

Outdoors activities (hiking, diving, snorkeling, cycling, skiing, camp (most for Sam)), reading, photography, drink a glass of wine during we cook, meet new people from everuwhere and a lot of other things we dont't remember at that momemt !

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

2 things comes in our mind, from our last trip in Philippines:
- Sam diving with turtles and rays in a so beautiful "seascape"
- our guide, climbing over 600 meters, without any rope, but wearing flip-flop
