Hi! I'm Sam, a Canadian teacher currently living and teaching English and Philosophy in Sweden. I've travelled, lived and worked in many parts of the world including Thailand, Australia, India, and now am wanting to explore as much of Europe, with Sweden as my home base.

My main reason is to enrich and add variety to my travel experiences-to connect with people from different corners of the world, with different outlooks on life, to share new experiences and help others out, to learn new things, laugh/create good times, and to get an insiders perspective on the places I am visiting, something that can be missing when simply staying in a hotel or hostel.

Zainteresowania

I have a wide variety of interests. I've always gravitated to the arts- I'm a big music nerd (avid listener, occasional player), and I do a fair amount of creative writing. Equally, I love being outside-I like to ride my bike, and sometimes I throw camping gear on it and head out of the city. I practise yoga and meditation daily and it's an important part of my life. Mostly, I just like exploring, learning, and opening myself up to life-I could spend an equal amount of time talking about the nature of consciousness, or the weirdest places I've had to pee while travelling, depending on who I'm talking to.
