About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Learn gypsy jazz and study a masters
ABOUT ME
I'm a friendly, easy-going kinda person. Probably seem pretty quiet at first but love to get out in the world and have an adventure or 2. I love meeting cool new people, going to gigs, markets, museums, gardens and parks. Catching up with friends for a beer.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
A housemate of mine in Madrid was into couchsurfing and we hosted people sometimes. Plan to host some people in my next abode
Interests
Studied classical guitar and have just begun learning gypsy jazz. I like watching Ray Mears and would like to do more outdoor things. Enjoy learning about adventure stories; Shackletons Endurance story is hard to beat!
I love cricket, particularly test. Dabble in MotoGP, union, soccer, tennis.
Food (especially spicy, the spicier the better) and watching celebrity chefs, my fave prob being Rick Stein.
Occasionally I indulge myself with a cuban and a single malt which is always a great evening.
I like checking out vintage shope.

Music, Movies, and Books
If push came to shove, my fave album is probably Highway 61 Revisited.
My favourite author is Peter Carey.
Fave movie would have to be one of Scorsese's gangster films.
I'm an avid reader of Uncut music mag.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I walked some of the Camino de Santiago in Spain 2012. I had to pull out due to injury but hope to complete it one day.
Teach, Learn, Share
More than happy to give people some songs on guitar or have a jam
Can teach you some survival Spanish
I know how to play the card game gin rummy
Am willing to share some recipes and vice versa
