Overview
About Me
Born and bred in little island of Penang, an amazing place known for its diverse people, culture and most importantly, food! (The only reason I'm not fat is because I workout a lot - gym, sports, hiking outdoor activities - you name it)
I am a Malaysian Chinese - just looking tanned from all my outdoor activities and undying love for sun and the sea.
I started traveling a little in the last few years when I could make some money for myself - enough to do some traveling. The addiction has just begun, and I would like to take some time off someday to travel as much as I can - see the world, meet people, indulge in foreign culture, be free.
Want to write a book someday.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I joined a few Facebook CS groups through my friend who introduced it to me, and before I knew it, both of us decided to try hosting for the first time - though only for 4 days, it was life-changing to learn different cultures and have a whole new perspective drawn right in front of me.
Couchsurfing is by far, the best way to travel around for me, because to really learn and see other people and culture is to live amongst them, and CS lets me do that. Above all, of course, it's a friendly community with the same goal - travel.
