Get internationally yogified
I grew up in Denmark and moved to Australia with my family at age 9. We moved around quite a bit, but once high school finished, I went straight to Sydney. After working a string of jobs and saving up a bunch of money, I spent a year travelling extensively in Europe and Africa with my former partner. Upon returning to Australia in 2010, I took up teaching yoga and work in a local co-operative, both of which I love.
I am vegan and also gluten intollerant, so I feed myself :) I love travelling, languages, meeting people, exploring cities, walking, dancing, skipping... I am interested in communities and the individuals within them. I am an optimist and a believer in liberation. I would love to meet you!
The connection to the Earth should be steady and joyful.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I have met many couch surfers through friends, but have only stayed with 2 different people in Europe, both of whom were great. I would love to become more involved and eventually have people staying with me in Sydney.
Yoga, philosophy, literature, writing, architecture, natural medicine, good food, environmentalism, interesting people, new experiences, letting life take its course....
- organic food
- rock climbing
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Climbing the Sydney Harbour Bridge, going on safari in Tanzania, riding on camel-back to the Great Pyramids of Giza... I could go on.
Teach, Learn, Share
I teach yoga for a living and am always happy to share. As well as this, if you're interested in yogic philosophy, organic food, the world of tea or learning about Sydney... or even how to speak Danish, as well as anything else, I am always happy to help to the best of my ability.
