Hi, I am Sarah, 24 years old and living in Augsburg, one hour away from Munich. I am studying tourism management at the School for applied sciences in Munich, but I am living, as already mentioned, in Augsburg in a shared flat with 4 other lovely german girls. I love living in community!

At the moment I am doing an exchange in Finland/Jyväskylä, so unfortunately I cannot host anyone, who needs a place to sleep in Augsburg...

In my free time I love meeting friends for a coffee, or having a good dinner together with nice people, in best case, cooked by ourselves. Also I am very interested in design, modern but also vintage. I love spending half of the day on flea markets, finding nice and cheap stuff... to make my place always even more comfortable.
If I had to describe myself just in three words, I would say I am open minded, creative and very enthusiastic. You got me in for nearly everything. I am always curious about trying new things out.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love different cultures and their languages. It is so interesting getting to know people from all over the world.
I am traveling whenever time & money allow me to.
At the moment I am doing an exchange with the erasmus program and spend one semester abroad - in Finland.
As I am here during the next 4 months I want to experience as much as possible! I already fell so much in love with Scandinavia even though Ive just been in Sweden & Finland so far.

Music, Movies, and Books

Oh these questions are always so difficult...

I think my favourite movie was probably Pearl Harbor.
But there are so many other movies which were SO GOOD! Unfortunately I never remember :D

Music... It is depending on my mood. I can listen to almost every kind of music...
You can get me for nice and good hip hop or dubstep & at the same time I love jazz!
A mix of it is probably the greatest kind of music!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have already done a road trip along the west coast of America. It was amazing! I will never forget this experience, whole time I felt like being in a movie.
Our trip through Death Vally was probably most fraughting, as our tank was nearly empty, we didn't bring enough water with us and were temporary lost somewhere in the desert -.- And there are lots of coyotes who are very hungry...

Next time I would care about that much more :D
