I'm a very easy-going, present, person who is genuinely interested in learning about the world around me. I enjoy meeting new people and experiencing new things. I love the city I live in and it would be a pleasure to show you around!

Of note, I am currently a pre-med student and am extremely busy. I try to make time for myself when I can so please don't hesitate to message me anyways. The stars may align and I might actually be free! If anything I'd be happy to share advice about what is worth checking out here. I've lived, worked, and studied here for almost 8 years now and don't plan on leaving. I want people to enjoy this city as much as I do.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Couchsurfing has restored my faith in humanity. I'm a very wary person but I realized that the world has both good and bad. I've met so many amazing, generous, people through couchsurfing and I'd like to continue spreading the love!

Music, Movies, and Books

the Unbearable Lightness of Being, the Stranger, the Sun Also Rises, Franny and Zooey, the Dying Animal, Breakfast of Champions, Down and Out in Paris and London, Suttree, A Country Doctor's Notebook, and a Picture of Dorian Gray are some of my favorite books. I love to read!

I have a very, very, eclectic music taste. I pretty much like anything and dabble in everything. Right now I've been really into Angel Olsen, Adriano Celentano, and Mac DeMarco.

A few of my favorite movies are the Diving Bell and the Butterfly, Amelie, Oldboy, Full Metal Jacket, the Science of Sleep, Fantastic Mr. Fox, and Drive.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I wouldn't call this AMAZING but I volunteer at a free clinic every week and have recently built a community garden for people who are returning to the community after recently being incarcerated.
