Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Travelling and looking for new places to explore and new people to meet. I'm enthusiastic and will get stuck in with anything really!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I was travelling last year and stayed with a host in Melbourne, Australia which was great.
My family have also hosted a few CouchSurfers at our house in Scotland and everyone's been fantastic!

Interests

I like exploring and visiting new places, meeting people, learning new things... I really enjoy spending time outdoors, especially hiking etc. I am interested in current affairs etc and love a good discussion :) I'm also really interested in languages - I love learning new languages and improving the ones I already know a bit of.

Music, Movies, and Books

A huge mixture!

I love reading, fiction and non-fiction... I often have more than one book on the go at once. There are too many to go into in detail but right now I'm reading Madaddam by Margaret Atwood and On Liberty by Shami Chakrabarti.

I love loads of different kinds of films and TV, especially the kind that make you think about it for a long time afterwards... fave film is difficult but an amazing film I watched recently was Perfect Sense with Ewan Mcgregor and Eva Green. The Angel's Share was really good too.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

So many! hiking in New Zealand was definitely a highlight.
