Join Couchsurfing to see Sarah’s full profile. It’s free!
I am generally positive and full of energy. I love to get really excited about the beauty in little everyday things- especially in people and nature.
I took a spectacular year and a half off after high school (traveling through South America and then on an outdoor leadership course in the Rocky Mountains), and just recently started in college, at UMass Amherst, where I am doing climate justice activism and slowly figuring out what I will major in.
I am happiest with friends, outside, playing!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
My sister and I discovered Couchsurfing while backpacking in South America, and
it completely changed our traveling experience for the better. Traveling on a budget/ with little plan had already taught us so many times about the deep and universal kindness of total strangers, and Couchsurfing reinforced that big time, and allowed us to really get to know some incredible people. We surfed through my sister's profile, which is why I have no reviews, but it's time I have my own account, because I will have my own apartment next year, and cannot wait to finally be able to host after all the generosity hosts have given me!!
