About Me
CURRENT MISSION
To explore the world and find out who I am as a person.
ABOUT ME
Hi! My name is Sarah and I'm a bubbly and extremely easy going person. I love experiencing new cultures and, well, experiences. I'm very passive; I'm not one to pick fights or cause a ruckus. I'm just out to live and love life.
PHILOSOPHY
I'm not very religious, although I do thoroughly respect other people's beliefs and philosophies. I'm pretty close to the buddhist theory of living though.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I've never couch surfed before! I heard about it from a friend, and her friend had an amazing time doing it, so I thought I'd give it a go. (:
Interests
Most of my time is spent in the theatre, as I am a theatre major at Southern Oregon University. I love going to see plays, operas and musicals in any type of theatre setting. I also love reading, and riding my horses. I've been riding horses since I was about 5 years old, but only in the last couple years did I take an interest in western/english pleasure, driving, and dressage. I am also very fond of photography. I love landscape and nature photography. I also love walking through an art museum, or even seeing graffiti on the streets. In all honestly, I love seeing people getting creative, putting their heart and soul and emotions into a piece of art. It can be a very moving.

Music, Movies, and Books
Too many to list...
Music: If I like it, I'll listen to it.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
The first moment that left me awestruck was the first time I went to see a show in the theatre. It was Beauty and the Beast, and I was about 7 years old. I watched at the scenes changed, the lights flashed, and the actors flowed about the stage, and everything was executed in such an artistic manner that a story was told. I fell in love.
Other moments include when I traveled to Europe for my first time. I was with my mom and my grandmother, along with a couple other people, and we traveled to London, Dublin, and Edinburgh in 2006. Today, it's all a blur of breathtaking moments. You don't see age until you travel to Europe. Everything in America is so new! London was stunning (especially seeing Antony and Cleopatra in the Globe!), Ireland was breathtaking with their beautiful landscape. We hired a wonderful driver for the day, and he took us all through the Irish countryside. I wish that day would never have stopped. Edinburgh was so homely. The people were incredible, and we were so welcomed by the people we met. I can't wait to go back.
