learn, and be changed as a result
at this point, i just finished college and am trying to figure out where to go next. most people are pushing me to start a career, but i'm tempted to find things that are more short-term than that so i can experience as much as possible. i don't really feel the need to settle down and start "the rest of my life" and i think i should be able to make it work. my sister's been doing that and i admire her for it.
i love learning jewish texts and i also recognize that most of what i learn there can also be learned in other places, especially from other people. i love listening to people talk about themselves, especially when they are self-aware and introspective.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I just signed up for CS at the beginning of August and am hoping that it serves me well for this 3-4 week road trip I'm doing around 3/4 of the country. After that I'll be moving to NYC and I'll definitely be down to host there once I'm settled.
