Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I like meeting new people (as I assume most people on couchsurfing do ;) ). I find it interesting to hear other people's stories and their perspectives on things. I believe getting to know different cultures can really be a great enrichment to anyone. And of course learning a few new words in a foreign language while meeting new people is always a nice plus! :)

Interests

I really looove learning new languages! Although I don't dare say that I know so many languages. Music is something I enjoy very much as well. Nothing better than a great new song to make your day!

Music, Movies, and Books

I must admit I have a terrible weak spot for cliché romantic-comedies/romantic drama's. (Think: 'Atonement', 'Pride & Prejudice', 'Love, Rosie', 'The Notebook',...) But one of (in my opinion) best movies ever is 'Intouchables'.
As far as books go, I am open to some good suggestions. At this time I've primarily been reading Haruki Murakami. But I have enjoyed Harry Potter and the Hunger Games as well.
I mostly listen to Indie, but it depends on what i'm in the mood for. Almost any genre can please me with the right song!
