Work hard to be who you want to be. Try and understand other people's view on life, tolerate what you don't like (up to a point) and tolerate your own weaknesses. Love the people close to you and be loyal to your friends!

I'm up for showing London to anyone who is interested in its buildings, museums and galleries, its underground system and its best pubs.

Interests

My interests - lots of sport, lots of eating, some pub going and some book reading. I write for a website promoting young men's well being and i'm learning Russian very slowly and with entirely unconvincing pronunciation. I half-heartedly support Bolton Wanderers (it's where i grew up). I live in London and love it. I count walking around as an interest.
