To travel, meet new people and wake up in the arms of the world. Also to fill a stadium of people to do the wave for twenty minutes.

ABOUT ME

I was thinking the other day when I was on the train to Zakopane that all the haystacks in the field look like demonic babuskas all loafing about and moving in formation; I day dream. Sometimes I write about my daydreaming or sometimes I daydream when I write. And if I'm not writing, I'm working on my art. Mostly I do ink and watercolour (watercolour pencils!) but I also like to do larger projects with acrylics and multi-media. You can look at my art in my webpage link. I'm a rather quiet person and try to keep off from the clubs. They make me feel like an alien.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Right now I'm traveling and find that it's a bit hit and miss (as with anything really) and I'd love to meet people without having to invite them out for a drink which can misinterpreted half a dozen ways or more. I like to build lasting relationships and expand views on cultures and such. I don't have a place of my own, but when I get home I'll definitely be up to taking people around my city and just giving a bit more of an insiders view on the place that's outside of the nightlife ;)

I do a bit of cooking, vegan specifically as I'd done vegan for three years (found it necessary to settle with vegetarian for my travels) and I love to do collaborations with art and writing; eg. moleskien exchanges, artist trading cards, writing prompts, etc.

I'd love to learn more about rock climbing and I'm always up for trying a new sport.
