ABOUT ME

My background is in theater and arts, which I am doing since a decade now. I had a good experience in arts even before I graduated in Computer Sciences. I realized that I want to do theater and arts rather then computer programming and writing codes.

I made my way into the profession of arts and now this is what I do for my living.

I have a huge interest in films too, and I love work on arts education or arts with children. I organize an international children's film festival each year in Lahore.

I love traveling and working in different cultures to learn and explore. I love meeting new people and going out. I am easy going person who clearly knows how to give space to others.

I am also involved with several NGOs working on basic human rights, child sexual abuse and education in several developing countries.

PHILOSOPHY

I live to what I believe is right, for me and for several other people living in the same society and sharing the same air that I breath.

I live happy while enjoying my own liberty and space, and respect other who want to do the same.

Life is to short, lets live it meaningfully - and without much thinking.

Interests

I love movies, reading literature, going out and party. I am experimental with food and drinks, love to find out whats there which people love and I done know "yet".

I like to make theater with youth, and when I am not working - I would peacefully sit alone and listen to some nice music with a great drink.

Beach and open air is all time favorite of mine, whenever and wherever I can get.

I also listen all kind of music, from classical to pop, jazz or country - whatever it is, it has to be good.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can not teach, may be because I am a learner myself. What I can share is, that how stuff works in my field which is arts. I can explain how arts is being done, what is arts education, how arts management has become and challenge in these trouble financial times, how to organize a film festival, what it takes to start an arts based organization, how to manage your production budget and all it takes regarding managing the business of arts.

I want to learn everything that people have gathered from the experiences and knowledge. Everything interests me until it is coming from one insightful individual and connects with life.
