About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To live my life the way I see fit and realize there are NO RULES.

ABOUT ME

I have done a lot of things in this life so far, and plan to do a lot more. I live life for experiences. I am non-conformist to the core. I was once told "There are no rules in this life." and I truly believe that. I book plane tickets on a whim, as advise of those that know more than me, speak openly about myself, and have beautiful friends all around the world.

I've never been able to "settle" and it might be what frightens me the most.

PHILOSOPHY

I like to live outside of fear. Not to say I don't have any, I just prefer to do things in spite of it. I have to live this way to sustain the lifestyle I choose to lead. I will always carve my own path and stay away from the idea that I "Should" be something I'm not. I'm a true non-conformist.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Right now just as a surfer, but when I have a home-base I will absolutely be a host.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have surfed a few times now in the States and loved it. It opened up doors to see things and meet people that i could have never accomplished on my own.

Interests

Being in or around some body of water, traveling off the beaten path, taking "risks", guiding, biking, exploring, music (listening not playing), talking, festivals, FOOD, photography, and writing about all of it.

Music, Movies, and Books

Eclectic...very eclectic.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Have had national geographic moments rafting/kayaking with fellow guides in the Philippines, taking third class train rides across Thailand, learning meditation for a few months from a 70 year old man named Lyfe in rural Guatemala, working and running rivers all over the west coast and Idaho, visiting a local psychic in a shanty town, haha this is fun...I have a lot more.
