To learn about myself and spread a good energy to the people I meet.
I am friendly, open minded, and spontaneous. I live for the outdoors. I have a high aptitude for most tasks and learn things quickly and easily. I can become a little bit of an introvert at times, but would not hesitate to accept good company and share some laughs/smiles.
My personal philosophy is a mix of Buddhism and of Deep Ecology in that I believe that all living things have an equal right to life, I believe in Karma, and I also believe that you must be honest in order to be happy and successful in life. I don't judge people or see my self as above or better than anyone and will treat you as my equal.

Music, Movies, and Books
I love both classic literature and science fiction. I enjoy reading magazines like national geographic and backpacking publications. I like independent films or any thing with a little substance in it, I still enjoy comedies as well though. Music is such a large part of my life and I listen to and enjoy almost any genre or era of music.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Every time I go on a long backpacking trip with a small group has been an excellent experience for me, but I still think my solo trip through lesser traveled Yellowstone national park has been the most impactful on me. I love that you can go out on your own and just be one with your surroundings and it was incredibly beautiful place to be. I felt very connected with nature and my surroundings in that moment and has a lot to do with my love and fascination towards nature.
Teach, Learn, Share
I love zen meditation and often teach breathing and relaxation exercises to my peers. I also have a lot of mechanical knowledge with vehicles and engines and excellent math skills. I am a great carpenter and very useful with my hands. I love to teach and I would enjoy and appreciate anything you might have to teach me.
