ABOUT ME

My name is Alexandra and I am 21 years old. I am about to graduate with my bachelors of science in nursing from San Diego State University in December. It's exciting and kind of scary to think that I will be responsible for other peoples' lives. I am ready to finish up with school, but I am also ready to seize and travel the world. I love spontaneity: I love going to places on a whims notice, not knowing what I am going to do next. I love to travel, I hope to travel all around the world before I leave this world. I'm a very social person! I'm interested in meeting anyone who is social, funny and intellectually stimulating. I love it when friends laugh so hard your cheeks start to hurt, and feel like you need to come up for air. Those are the best moments.

PHILOSOPHY

Philosophy: Be grateful to have been given one more day, let alone one more year. remember to dance in your nightgown, sing in the shower, ride a bike, fly a kite, and take an occasional "wind bath" in your bare skin. give those you love big kisses, huge hugs, and the words "i love you" often and always. nurture your body rather than starve your soul with fad dieting. spend time with the old and the weary to better appreciate your life. on your birthday, call your mother and father wherever they are to thank them for all that they have done for you, even if you think they haven't done enough. watch the movie "life is beautiful" at least once a year. remember that you are not guaranteed tomorrow and that today is as good as it gets. thank God for every "thing", every "day", every moment.

I am a senior at SDSU (nursing major), during my limited time this is what I like to do: painting, traveling, sports, grocery shopping: whole foods, trader joes, and henry's, barbecues at the beach, swimming, working out, jogging by the bay, sushi, meeting new people, going to the movies, going out, staying in, friends, making new friends, sleeping, cuddling, trying out new restaurants, animals, dancing, dirty jokes, learning new things, shopping, concerts, tennis, board games: scrabble, taboo, twister, monopoly
