About Me

CURRENT MISSION

to create a world that works for the diversity of all life, and then finance it!

ABOUT ME

I am a big-hearted, sun-loving, ambitious woman. I have moved around a lot looking for a challenge and for fun. I am interested in big or out of the box ideas, and the people who come up with them, discuss them and make them happen. I moved to Dallas April 2011 and am still love, loving it so far.

PHILOSOPHY

Life is for living, find people to love, experiences to have and beauty to witness

Why I'm on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING hosted and attended local events all over, I like attending and sometime organizing the local CS events, and am definitely up for coffee etc when travelers come to town

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I really liked all the interesting people who managed to find a spot on the couch at the co-op house I lived in in college. Even if it meant coming home and finding strangers most nights of the week, I have hosted and been hosted thru CS and have had generally good to great experiences with only one exception.

Interests

Investing in stocks and precious metals, dancing, things that taste good, people who have interesting stories or points of view, cooking delicious food

Music, Movies & Books

Who Took My Money and Rich Dad, Poor Dad( as a learning experience even though I have issue with Robert Kiosaki in general), Catch 22, I read mysteries and some sci-fi/fantasy for entertainment. Any movie that contains dancing or teaches me a new way to see something Any music that moves my heart or my body

One Amazing Thing I've Done

In terms of travel- Egypt blew my mind- I was expecting to be amazed and I was awed beyond belief at what I experienced there! I created a recipe for Ahi tuna that uses cocoa and is better than any I have had a restaurant

Teach, Learn, Share

I know a little about a lot, I can really teach a person how to organize their purse.

Countries I've Visited

Argentina, Bahamas, Canada, Costa Rica, Egypt, Israel, Jordan, Mexico, Saint Lucia, Spain

Countries I've Lived In

New Zealand, Nicaragua, Puerto Rico, United States
