Overview
About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Becoming/staying a decent human being?
ABOUT ME
My friends call me Moses.I like nothing more than a good conversation, no matter whether it is about cooking or the most unsolvable problems of human existence.
PHILOSOPHY
Philosophy to me is something that ought to be shared face to face, not in a few arbitrary sentences on a platform as this.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
At the moment my participation is limited to offering a modest home in the flat I share with two others in Heidelberg/Kirchheim. My personal projects keep changing spontanously, but in general I do have time to "waste" with interesting people that visit.
Interests
The most enjoyable things in life for me are bookreading and other kinds of travel, good food, music preferably made by hand and in company, real conversation that is not merely polite small talk but personal encounter. But "small talk" of course has its own qualities.

Music, Movies, and Books
Les mains sales (Sartre), Krankheit zum Tode (Kierkegaard), Picture of Dorian Gray (Wilde), La rebelion de las masas (Ortega y Gasset) as examples of books...
Songwriters, Folk, Folk inspired Rock and whatever neighbours are what I most frequently turn to when it´s about music.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I have had quite a big share of the big conversation on everything and nothing, willing to give and take. Especially skills in feeling to do something meaningful while actually doing nothing... interested?
