About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Travel to see by myself how it is in different parts of the world

ABOUT ME

I'm quite sociable as long as people don't make me feel ashamed or angry :)
I'm very curious.
I like to share with generous people.
I like food, and I like to discover new meals ;)

PHILOSOPHY

I like to laugh a lot.
I don't really like to loose my time because I consider life with great importance. But I'm trying to learn a bit how to "waste" one's time because I know that if you only want to enjoy every second, you might become frustrated because it's not always possible.
Also I try to keep as independent as i can concerning my life choices.
About the meaning of my life, I think I have to build it through all my experiences.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I can host people in my flat but I need to be forseen in advance ;)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

In Greece, Creete, we were host by a very generous man who host my friend and I during three nights in his small flat and he lend us his bed,...
That was a great and authentique CS experience!

Music, Movies, and Books

I like funny movies and also the one which make me learn or think. I think life is too short to watch only entertaining movies or books but it can be cool when I really have a lot of free time.
I can listen all kinds of music, it just depends on the environment and my mood. I used to be strict about music tastes but I understood that choosing only some kinds of music is constraining because I might miss a new kind of music just because i decided to listen only this or that.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

So far, I would say that the most surprising thing I saw was Mount Teide in Tenerife Island which is a snowy mount in the middle of a warm and amazing green Island. It was breathtaking.
The most crazy thing I have done is, as far as I remember, to be obliged to take a train from Italy, during the night, without ticket because there was no way to buy it, and mostly without being sure about the destination because all offices were closed. Finally it was the good one which brought me back to France.

Teach, Learn, Share

What I can teach:
-I guess I'm able to teach about different subjects because I have a Master in Business Administration (not anglosaxon MBA though)
-I have been student and also teacher in one-to-one the last 3 years.
-I can teach snowboard, driving a car, a motor cycle, a quad,...
- I can teach some basics of chi-kung, yoga, meditation,...

What I wanna learn:
- I'm interested in learning recipe from different cooking styles
- I like to improve my language skills in english, spanish, greek and russian but I also try to learn at least some words of different languages (german, lithuanian, arabic, romanian, bulgarian, ...)
- I have been learning the piano for one year now so any tricks you have in order to improve is welcome.
- I also would like to learn scubadiving and jump from a plane or a bridge but I don't know if I'm courageous enough yet
- I'm interested in manual activities like woodwork for instance
