ABOUT ME

hello! my name is hyangkyung lee. in university, my studied about fine art, and now i become korea traditional painter. so graduated later, i had three group exhibition, and oen solo exhibition. now i am touring(back pack tour) Europe and alone. this trip, i went London, Spain, France, Monaco, and now, Italy is my last contury. before this, when i was 21, i started fist backpack tour, that time i went hongkong, singapore, malaysia, tailand, and cambodia. i like back pack tour very much.

PHILOSOPHY

i think i am positive person. i like to say with people. and because i am painter, also like people, now when i meet good friend, i draw their portrait. it is these days my happiness.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

i want meet many people and feel many culture, and introduce my own korea traditional cultureto them. now, rome is my last city in my back pack tour. i want someone who live in rome invited me. so hope spend happy times. and after i comeback korea, i hope invate someone.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

i don't have experience couchsurfing. in fact i knew about this program thanks to my hostel two days ago. because many korean people don't know about this good program. when i knew

Interests

my hobby is (of couese) drawing, but i also like sing a song with guitar (i learned a little), and i like collecting cartoons (my first dream was cartooner). and i like meeting new people.

Music, Movies, and Books

i like movies,music and book. i like new movies like avatar, but also like old movie like gone with the wind. my favorite movie is black swan.i like movie that give deep thinking me. and in music, i like rock, so last year, i went rock concert in korea. and i also like books. my best book is a little prince, i have two books (korean and english). maybe i red this book over 30 times.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

during this trip, i saw many good thing, but when i saw old couple, i was amazied very much. europe old couple grasp hand. i feel they really love them. i love these culture very much. because in korea, old couple never grasp hand. it looks cold btween couple.

Teach, Learn, Share

when i was uni student, my major is koreas traditional art, and last year i graduated from, i become painter. and at the same time i was teacher in painting academy.
my english skill is so so, but i am good at painting, and (of course) korean language. i think i studied about traditional korea, i may good teacher to other contury people. and of course i will be good student to learn other country language and culture.
