ABOUT ME

Lets start with Im an aquarius. From that statement I will verify that I am a go with the flow kind of guy. I love meeting new people, trying new things, going on adventures, etc.

I love doing anything outdoors. I am a fitness enthusiast. I love teaching group fitness and look forward to making a life long career out of helping people change their lives!

PHILOSOPHY

I am alive, I am thankful, I am well.
It accounts for my physical body. My blood is pumping, my diaphragm is working to help me breathe, my brain is firing billions of signals keeping me alive.

For this I am thankful that I am able to live in this very moment and I can take time to appreciate every wonderful thing in my life at this very second. From the fact that I am alive to the temperature of the air while I am sitting outside typing this out.

After considering that I am alive and thankful I determine that I am well. There are so many wonderful reasons to be thankful every moment of every day.

I am a chick flick, romantic comedy kinda guy. Laughing and crying from happiness is just way more fun than having the shit scared out of you.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I traveled across the country with a finalist division I drum and bugle corps as a visual performer (color-guard) We were in 36 states in a matter of 85 days. Rehearsing every day except 2 for up to 16 hours with shows in arenas like the Georgia dome, Astro dome, etc. I would like to think that was pretty amazing.

The next summer I became a collegiate cheerleader at FSU but that story is for another time.

Everyone comes into your lifetime for a reason, a season, or a lifetime

I take away something from every person that I come into contact with. I will be a student for my entire life learning more and more from every person and experience that I encounter.

I prefer that people be confident, happy, and positive. I can take the most from these people
