Im am originally from Moscow, Russia. I moved to the US when I was 10 years old with my parents. I live in the Los Angeles area in a beach town called Hermosa Beach. This area is a great example of the amazing California lifestyle. There is surfing, hiking, bike riding, beach volleyball, and a lot of other outdoor activities just outside my door. I enjoy all of these things and more. The LA area has other great attractions like The Hollywood Bowl, Hollywood, museums, Santa Monica, Malibu, Venice, and all kinds of other entertainment option.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am on Couchsurfing because I love to travel and experience new places, new people, and new ideas! I have learned that the best way to travel is to have friends in other countries. It is a much better and easier learning experience. I know that if I host new friends I will have more options to see the world with people that I already know.

Music, Movies, and Books

My favorite music is electronic but I like a lot of other, produced music of various styles. I like Si-Fy thriller movies.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I have lived in the Los Angeles area for a long time. I know the road systems really well. I know the local favorites including restaurants, venues, beaches, bars/clubs. I can share my knowledge of the people, culture, and geography.
