To take a snapshot of different places, people and cultures from everywhere in my head and my camera.
I enjoy making people laugh and listen to their stories. I'm a Jackass and a clown.
I love to write. Love photography. Love to travel. I currently work in New York city as a network engineer.
I always have time for a word with a stranger; to listen to people and picture in my head their adventures and the places they've gone to and in general stories they can share and even drama, which NYC is full of.
I'm very honest, open minded, and curious about the world. I could pick up my bag and roam around the world or around the block for coffee at the impulse of my index finger.
Since I lack the time to be a full time writer and definitely don't want to be so poor, I write a travel blog and a personal one and emotionally capitalize on entertaining others, meaning, I love knowing I can make people laugh while I make fun of my own self. I'm not exactly a clown but there's nothing wrong with putting a little humor to everything in life even in lieu of negative circumstances we may come across.
I love walking, hiking and getting lost for hours on end. I love hearing other people talk, hear their stories, what they have to say and talk about, their opinions, life experiences and above all their travel experiences.
I'm in love with nature, I love mountains, walking trails, snow, rain, lakes, and pretty much everything that does not exist in NYC. I have the tendency to get lost in any place with lots of trees on purpose, if I see a mountain or trees, I want to get there and spend the day on or up there.
Come on over and say hi, don't be a weirdo though.
People who are shy and not very talkative, please stay away from me.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I love welcoming people to NYC. I enjoy going for a cup of coffee or a drink with new visitors, showing people around and be a tour guide of sorts, eventhough I suck at names and remembering how to navigate around some places. Still, getting lost is the best way to discover new places, but when in a rush, I have Google maps on my phone, so no need to panic.
As of 2016, I've hosted 135 People so far.
I've participated and surfed in Budapest, Prague, Riga, Hamburg, Berlin, Burghausen (GER), San Francisco and CS meet ups in Barcelona, Amsterdam, Copenhagen, and NYC of course. I've been hosting people since 2010 and currently actively hosting almost every day.

Bought a plane ticket to Prague from NY while I was at a bar, drunk and traveled 2 days later. Best experience ever!!! (Aside from the drinks)
