ABOUT ME

My friends would say: "We have no idea where he gets all these foreign people around him to hang out with all the time!" Neither I do, but it always happens to me anywhere I go. I can suddenly chat to a South African philosopher PhD-student who's handing out fliers in the street to make his living, or pick up French girls traveling to Baikal and end up later in the evening celebrating my birthday in a pub with them.

Maybe, I am just such a sociable thing.

PHILOSOPHY

I believe the world gives you what you want to get from it. And you always see what you want to see.

Interests

I love: Music - making it and listening to it, live performances by well-known and unknown bands, old pianos at the bars, underground gigs, when people suddenly unite, all kind of visual arts, chat to the locals, meet with local ladies, visit very special local spots with no tourists there, merge with the environment, sample local alcohol, sample local food, understand the local way of life - its funny and problematic sides, learn the way public environment is organized, the underground!, wander around and instagram the hell out of it, feel the moment, no hurry, sit back, relax, enjoy it.

I love not: thoroughly planned trips with all possible museums, historical sights and other must-sees packed to be run around in a creepy depeche mode.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

1. Flying high above in the Medellin sky on a paraglider with a lunatic instrustor who seemingly cared more on client's emotions than stupid safety. That's why he's #1 here :)
2. My first surfing. Tastes like freedom.
3. 1-hour romance at the airport of Madrid. Sudden meeting, no common language spoken, strong feeling, a movie-like parting, titles crowling.
