To grow in life, to live, to help and to make new genuine friends, connect and reconnect happily.
Travel and meeting people is my passion. I believe in connecting and respecting people all over the world to learn, understand and share about each other's culture. Work generally keeps me busy but always strive to maintain a good balance.
1) You are responsible for your own happiness.
2) Welcome those whom with genuine hearts and great intentions.
3) Be nice and respect others. It's a nonconflicting gesture and religion-free practice...everyone can do it.
4) Smile and laugh. It takes more energy out of you to be an angry person than being happy.
5) Open minded is sexy.
6) Respect and take care our planet earth.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
To show San Francisco from a local's point of view and help other passionate travelers get to know San Francisco as if they live here in my "couch" even for a short amount of time like being at home away from home.
Great experiences so far: Hosted twice and a guest once. Getting back to becoming an active host again as I have a twin bed for a guest now and working on placing a tv and dvd player in the guest room.
hike, swim, bike, run, yoga, badminton, movies, restaurants, cafes, ice cream, cooking, comedies and meeting other nice and worldly folks.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
When I was 14 in a summer camp, I jumped into a pool to help save one of our fellow mate from drowning after he jumped off a diving board and passed out when he hit the water. Stood at the highest peak of Machu Picchu, swam from the Alcatraz to the shore, (1.5 miles or 2.4 km) 4 times in my lifetime, parachutted off the plane tandem style, accomplished an introductory dive, (40 feet), in Boracay, Phillippines and kept a long friendship with a pen pal from Australia for 32 years; we started writing at age 12 and we finally met 4 years ago.
Teach, Learn, Share
1) Everyday is a learning experience.
2) Be good and love yourself first in order to do the same to others.
3) If you can't handle a situation, reach out and ask for help. There's always help out there.
